Casting Calls: 

Hercules & Megara:  The First Labor of Love: 

Ensemble (Snakes/Damned Souls):  Minors 12 and older may try out for the snakes, but adults only for the damned souls. I’m especially looking for male singers, but will take female singers as well. (The Dark Wood, Fiery Chasm, & Sea of Misery)

Merchant (Sea of Misery): Must be male as he harasses Megara. 

Fievel:  A friend of Megara’s who comes back for her to rescue her from the Underworld. Can be recast as female if needed.  (River of Souls Part 1 & Season 2). 

Itiana:  A friend of Megara’s who returned for her with Fievel. (River of Souls Part 1 & Season 2). 

Carlos:  Itiana’s boyfriend. (River of Souls Part 1 & Season 2). 

Esther:  A woman who was thrown from Mount Olympus by Zeus for being ugly. (River of Souls Part 1 & Season 2). 

Erin:  A woman who escapes the Pit of Misery and takes the last seat on the boat to leave the Underworld. (River of Souls Part 1 & Season 2). 

Ferryman:  Takes the boats across the River of Souls. (River of Souls Parts 1 & 2, but could recur on occasion). 

Amelia: Works in the Underworld to screen those trying to get to the ferry to leave. (River of Souls Part 1). 

Guard: Works in the Underworld to screen those trying to get to the ferry to leave. (River of Souls Part 1). 

Nibweny & Marvin:  Damned souls who try to steal Megara’s bronze coins. (River of Souls Part 1). 

Sidney:  A damned soul who attacks Megara for not giving him a bronze coin. (River of Souls Part 1).
